Sustainability

For us, sustainability means treating people, animals and our environment with care while aiming for animal-friendly and sustainable products with the minimum environmental impact.

Our lounge-wear and (toiletry) bags are made produced by companies with Oekotex Made In Green and BSCI-certification, and they work according to NP & ISO 14001 certifications. We reduce waste to a minimum with an optimised cutting system and manage water consumption during production. We avoid chemicals that could cause damage to the environment and people, and any surplus materials are recycled. In our production processes we reduce water consumption wherever possible and use environmentally friendly methods.

Our manufacturers provide good working conditions and are paid a fair price. Transport to our warehouses is provided by boat or truck to reduce emissions. We try to minimise use of packaging materials throughout the production and delivery chain, and use FSC certified packaging. This helps to work towards the UN goals of decent work, sustainable consumption and production, and partnership to achieve the goals.

Some products carry the ""more sustainable"" label, we continue to work with our manufacturers to make our product range more sustainable.
